The National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) is delighted to announce its first alliance with The Habitat for a six-month-long comedy festival, The BIG Show: ALL STAR STANDUP COMEDY.
The NCPA will host two of the shows from the festival – 15th October and the 27th of November; the former show will see comedy stalwarts including Rohan Joshi, Nishant Tanwar, Raunaq Rajani, Anirban Dasgupta, Sonali Thakker, and Sumaira Sheikh perform their act at the NCPA’s Experimental Theatre. The second show artist line-up will be announced shortly.
Elaborating on the association with The Habitat, Bruce Guthrie, Head of Theatre and Films, NCPA shares, “We are delighted to be working with The Habitat. The space has been doing such brilliant work and giving opportunities to young musicians, comedians and spoken-word artists. As the NCPA continues to showcase live performances, we believe this will be the first of many collaborations with The Habitat and look forward to welcoming audiences to the NCPA.”
