Launched in September 2014, the three dynamic ladies Shreya Lamba, Kiran Amlani and Tejal Bajla came together to get a group of like-minded mommies from various walks of life to get well-researched and authentic tips and responses from other mothers.
“Together we can do great things” – a quote by Mother Teresa is what the trio adhere to.
The partners of this exclusive Mommy Network have deliberately restricted access; only an existing member can invite someone to the network, after which one of the founding members will screen the person before adding them.
“In the Mommy Network, I get to be me….Yes, often I have shared some intimate parts of my life with perfect strangers, there were a select few who I let in to see the real me: the ones who don’t judge me for my occasional ‘bad mommy’ moments. These were the women I knew I could count on when I felt like running away when I just couldn’t bear to hear the word, ‘mommy’ one more time and when I was the one who needed some time out,” said Navya (name changed) mother to a 10-year-old boy.
Rejoicing in the togetherness these ladies share, The Mommy Network hosted the third edition of ‘The Mommy Network Pop Up’ on October 13, 2018, at 18.99 at Latitude, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel in Mumbai.
