Recognising the growing need for accessible mental health support in urban communities, Samarpan, the premium mental health organisation known for its international-standard rehabilitation and wellness care, is proud to host a series of free, in-person support groups for adults(18+) starting this June at its centre in Churchgate, Mumbai. The initiative reflects Samarpan’s mission to de-stigmatise mental health struggles and make professional care accessible to those who may otherwise go unsupported.
Beginning this June, these weekly group sessions are designed to provide a safe, confidential, and professionally guided space where individuals can navigate emotional challenges, share experiences, and find strength in community. Each group is facilitated by trained therapists and tailored to address specific mental health concerns, from anxiety and grief to addiction recovery and caregiver support.

● Depression & Anxiety – Every Wednesday | Starts 4th June 2025
● Grief & Loss – Every Tuesday | Starts 10th June 2025
● Alzheimer’s Caregivers – Every Friday | Starts 13th June 2025
● Addiction Recovery – Every Saturday | Ongoing
● Family Support for Addiction – Every Thursday | Ongoing
