As women, we often put everyone else first—family, work, commitments—and somehow our own health and fitness take a backseat. But this December, Pinkathon Mumbai 2025 is calling out to every woman who has quietly put herself last, urging her to take that first step, literally and figuratively.
Scheduled for December 21 at MMRDA Grounds, BKC, this 10th edition of India’s biggest women’s run is more than just a race—it’s a movement. From 3 km and Lifelong 5 km runs to ultra-distances like 50 km, 75 km, and 100 km, Pinkathon welcomes everyone: first-time runners, seasoned athletes, babywearing moms, saree-clad fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens, and even visually challenged participants. It’s a celebration of inclusivity, empowerment, and community—all in one vibrant, energetic space.
This year, the Mumbai leg kicks off a nine-month journey across six major cities: Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai. Each city promises the same energy, inclusivity, and spirit, creating a nationwide wave of women embracing fitness, self-care, and well-being.
The message of inclusivity and resilience was echoed by the event’s ambassadors—Devieka Bhojwani, a breast cancer survivor; Lavina Bhatia, a babywearing mother, grandmother, and fighter; and Dipti Gandhi, a visually challenged yet empowered runner—who shared their personal journeys of breaking societal pressures and overcoming inhibitions. Each of them spoke about how being part of Pinkathon gave new meaning to their lives, encouraging them to prioritize their health while inspiring their families with a happier, stronger, and healthier lifestyle. Their stories reflect the very soul of Pinkathon: a movement where every woman, no matter her background or challenge, finds the courage to rise, run, and thrive.

Hearing these incredible stories personally ignited a renewed determination in me to put my own health first. For years, I had been running on empty, prioritizing others while neglecting my own fitness and well-being. But seeing how these women overcame fears, societal expectations, and personal limits, I felt inspired to step onto the track myself—knowing that by taking care of my own body and mind, I can not only improve my life but also positively influence my family’s health and happiness.
For the woman who’s been neglecting herself, joining Pinkathon is a chance to prioritize your health and inspire your family to follow your lead. Feel your mind and body reconnect with nature, experience the energy of thousands of women cheering each other on, and see firsthand how fitness becomes a lifestyle, not a chore. Whether you walk, jog, or run, the crowd, the rhythm, and the sheer joy of movement will nudge you toward a stronger, happier, healthier you.

With Milind Soman’s vision and the support of Zydus Lifesciences, this edition also champions breast cancer awareness and preventive care, reminding us that taking care of ourselves is the first step to caring for those we love.
So, take this step for yourself—not for anyone else. Join the Pinkathon, embrace the energy, and let your journey of self-care ripple through your family, your community, and beyond. Your health matters, your joy matters, and together, thousands of women will celebrate strength, resilience, and life in motion.
