Ohh My Dog ! seems to be what people were saying at the most talked event of town last weekend. Glam Dogs organised by Mukkti Foundation and Ohh My Dog, had many tongues wagging. Pets and pet lovers from all over Mumbai had come to witness this unique dog’s day out!
The event started on a positive note where the Municipal Corporation of Bombay showed their support by giving out legal licence to dogs. Dogs were given free vaccination in order to secure a healthy future.
The day long event was filled with glitz and glamour with the celebrities galore who were there to support their love for these canines. Young heartthrob, Siddharth Malhotra seemed completely at ease interacting with the canine beauties. Joining hands with him were other Bollywood artists as Arbaaz Khan, Jeetendra, Aftab Shivdasani,Sukhvinder Singh, Shaan, Amika Shail and many more.
There were numerous activities which Mumbaikars Dog World had never witnessed before. Dog championship and Pet fare awards, Pet Seminar, Sumptuous Pet Treat Buffet, Adoption camp, Dating Carnivals for those lonely hearts and even a wedding was hosted to take the new found love forward.
Several contests and activities for the visiting public and the canine lovers were hosted. A live rock band kept the atmosphere thumping with enthusiasm.
By evening, the mood and the temperature had simmered down for a relaxed evening with some live entertainment and a star studded fashion show by Archana Kochhar and Maheka Mirpuri. Celebrities walked the ramp with their canine partners ending the evening to the woofing sounds of pleasure!
