FancyPants, the high-street fashion brand that offers fashionistas carefully-curated, bold and irreverent collections of fashion and accessories, launched its first store in Juhu recently.
To celebrate the launch, sisters behind the brand, Jankee, and Stuti Desai, in collaboration with model Erika Packard, welcomed the who’s-who of the fashion world to the store.
Guests were seen checking out the latest Spring-Summer collection. Jankee and Stuti personally gave tours of the store to guests including Tanisha Rahimtula, Alisha Shirodkar, Anushka Rajan, Candice Pinto, Miss Malini, Payalia, Amyra Dastur, Arshia Ahuja, Aastha Sharma, Priyanka Banerjee, Mitali Rannorey, and Tejaswini Kolhapure.
The new store offers an extensive range of clothing as well as accessories such as handbags, on-trend jewelry, sunglasses and much more. With a keen eye for design and personal tastes that span everything from classic to quirky, Jankee and Stuti curate weekly wardrobe edits at their new store, which ensures a regular and exciting new supply of on-trend fashion, and options that will appeal to every style sensibility.
While the clothes in the store are indeed the main highlight, the design of the space has not been forgotten. The FancyPants store is a 300-square-foot space designed by Quirk Studio, with white brick walls, grey concrete-finish tiles and cane accents that all provide a neutral, muted palette. In immediate contrast, a hot-pink neon sign boldly proclaiming the brand’s motto (Be Fierce, Be Fancy) greets customers as soon as they enter, setting the sassy yet sophisticated tone of the store.
The FancyPants store offers comprehensive collections of high-quality, value-for-money basics, as well as statement pieces, ensuring that each woman that visits finds options for everything from workwear to cocktail hour; and for brunch to vacation.
The current collection boasts a wide range of apparel with sections of the store currently dedicated to the denim trend; bustiers; twin-sets; a floral spring collection; and jumpsuits. The most popular accessories of the season – belt bags, sleek tinted sunglasses and evil eye bracelets – are also available, as the perfect finishing touches to any outfit.
